She holds a Diploma in Training & Development from The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), and is an#IELTS Certified Trainer from the British Council
With 8 years of corporate training experience and 10 years as an independent consultant, her expertise ranges from Voice and Accent to Behavioral Skills and IELTS & TOEFL training, catering to individual contributors,#team leaders, #managers, and #leaders across industries like IT, corporate, manufacturing, and education.
Malini is fluent in English, Tamil, and Telugu. When she is not training, she spends her time pursuing her passion for reading, networking, and Indian dance and culture.
