Her expertise lies in #HR Consulting, HR Policies, #Learning and Development, and #Performance Management. Her innovative thinking led her to introduce a system of Learning Champions at TCS (Tata Consultancy Services).
Over her impressive 15-year career, Shalaka has facilitated various programs including #goalsetting and appraisal discussions, new employee orientation, #conflict resolution, innovation, #collaboration, #problemsolving , and #decisionmaking.
