Shalaka is an accomplished HR and OD (Organizational Development) Consultant, and Group Facilitator based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Her expertise lies in #HR Consulting, HR Policies, #Learning and Development, and #Performance Management. Her innovative thinking led her to introduce a system of Learning Champions at TCS (Tata Consultancy Services).

Over her impressive 15-year career, Shalaka has facilitated various programs including #goalsetting and appraisal discussions, new employee orientation, #conflict resolution, innovation, #collaboration#problemsolving , and #decisionmaking.

She has trained and coached individual contributors, team leaders, manager, leaders, and senior leaders in sectors such as engineering, manufacturing, logistics, retail, IT products and services, consulting, and pharma.

Her impressive achievements include organizing 2 IAF (International Association of Facilitators (IAF)) National Conferences and presenting at numerous IAF conferences and events.

Additionally, she was elected as the Director of Conferences and Global Events on the IAF Global Board.

Shalaka has multiple certifications, including being an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator, Certified Flow Game Host,amd a Certified #NLP Master Practitioner,

Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English, Shalaka is well-equipped to connect and communicate across diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Shalaka has a deep passion for exploring different cultures and heritages through travel. She enjoys engaging in meaningful conversations, connecting with nature, and finding inspiration in music and painting.
