In case of Cancellation, you have to cancel the order a minimum of 48-72 hours prior to the start of the event/session. You are
required to email us at [email protected] and we shall refund the full amount back to your account within 10 working days.
Training inCorporate has the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where
the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any
applicable refund will be made within 10 working days.​

If the course you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 12 hours of your purchase of the course,
that Training inCorporate refund your account. We reserve the right to apply a credit or a refund, at our discretion, depending
on capabilities of our payment processing partners or the platform from which you purchased your course (website). No credit
or refund is due to you if you request it after the 12 hours guarantee time limit has passed.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our credit/refund policy, we reserve the right to ban your account and to
restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to a course due to your violation of these

Terms, you will not be eligible to receive any credit or refund.

Any complaints/legalities regarding any issues in terms of third party that is Logistics Partner/Payment Gateway has to be
raised against the same company and Training inCorporate is not liable for the same. By placing the order, you are confirming

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. You agree to pay the fees for courses that you
purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment (such as direct debit, or
mobile wallet) for those fees. Training inCorporate works with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most
convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure. Check out our Privacy Policy for

When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails
and you still get access to the course you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within thirty (30) days of
notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate payments.​

All the content included on Training inCorporate ’s site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, data, designs,
software, etc. is the property of Training inCorporate and is protected by Indian Copyright Laws. Each of our products and all
prints are the property of Training inCorporate. These cannot be used without the consent of Training inCorporate. In case of
misuse or duplication, Training inCorporate has the right to take legal action.
