What is Personal Mapping?
PersonalMapping is your own behavioural style represented as a full colour, stunningly detailed map, with all the features – cities, rivers, mountains and seas – shown as your characteristics and personality traits. Based on a simple set of questions that you answer, our system creates a remarkably accurate profile of your behaviour and challenges that you want to work on. It also shares how others around you perceive you and how you relate to them. With Personal Mapping you literally put yourself on the map
Why a MAP
A map creates an instant view of ‘the landscape of behaviour’. It is much easier to recall the key behavioural elements rather that reading a weighty report which often ends up unread in a drawer. The maps developed by MapsTell called the World of Difference showcases different behavioural preferences in a clear and accessible manner.
What is PersonalMapping based on?The products of MapsTell are based on the DISC Personality System developed by William Marston. The model distinguishes 16 different behavioural styles grouped into four main areas: Decisive, Influential, Stable and Conscientious. These four main areas (and the underlying 16 behavioural styles) together form the World of Difference (WoD) which is created using associated cartography.
